Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Custom requests and commissions

Once you purchase from Mystria, including a 50% or partial deposit, you agree to the conditions below.

1. A

   The Buyer acknowledges that the agreement takes effect once a product is purchased, whether or not they have read this policy. The same applies to partial payments and deposits.

2. B

   Refunds are only available if the artist (Mystria) cancels the commission and agrees to refund. No other refunds are offered. The buyer agrees not to cancel the commission or quit the project; if they do, Mystria keeps all funds paid, regardless of the game's status. There are no refunds on 50% or partial deposits. Those deposits compensate for time and labor already spent. In short: no refunds unless Mystria cancels and agrees a refund is appropriate.

3. C

   The Buyer acknowledges they have reviewed these terms and Mystria's work and capabilities. Work shown on this website and social media represents the quality and style of deliverables. Disliking the finished product is not grounds for a refund. By starting a commission, the client trusts Mystria to deliver within the agreed scope. Revisions and bug fixes are free when they stay within the original scope. If the commission is cancelled, Mystria is not responsible for further bug fixes or adjustments.

4. D

   If any of these conditions are violated, the Buyer may be terminated and blacklisted from servers affiliated with Mystria, and may face penalties in other major developer communities.

5. E

   The Buyer agrees not to defame Mystria or spread negativity about the commission, regardless of the outcome. Defamation is forbidden and may be pursued under applicable law.

6. F

   Buyers acknowledge they purchase with full intent and understand what they are buying.

7. G

   The Buyer will not seek a refund through chargebacks, bank disputes, or similar methods outside this policy.

8. H

   The Buyer agrees not to expand the work scope after the price is set. Extra work not in the original agreement requires an additional fee. Changes and features added later may be included for an extra charge. Revisions and bug fixes for the same system within the original scope remain free.

9. I

   This policy is publicly available and buyers are expected to read it before purchasing. Claiming not to have seen or agreed to it does not void these terms.

10. J

    This policy applies to all purchase methods under Mystria's name or personal name.

11. K

    This contract is subject to change without notice. However, it will not be changed during disputes, and changes will not apply to a user if they are made after the matter began. By breaching these terms, Mystria is entitled to pursue legal action under applicable law.
